Andrew is the Senior Manager for Community Relations at EDF having previously been responsible for the delivery of socio-economic performance across EDF Energy’s operations in the UK. Amongst the broad portfolio which covers conventional, nuclear and renewable energy, he was integral in the planning and delivery of the socio-economic strategies associated with the new Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station, one of the largest and most technologically advanced engineering projects in the UK. Andrew’s academic background is set against an interest in climate change, energy policy and sustainability, and he holds an MSc from the University of Exeter.
Andrew has a passion for all types of physical activity and is a huge advocate of the benefits it can bring to everyone, mentally and physically. His interests include long-distance triathlon, trail-running, skiing and almost anything that includes water.
